We can hear the term “I am changing my lifestyle” bounced around a lot but what does that really mean. For many, it can mean what they eat. Perhaps not just going on some diet to lose weight but actually really considering what they put in their mouth, like deciding against eating meat and becoming a vegetarian. Or even taking it one step further and becoming a vegan. Of course, changing what you eat and taking better care of that side of your life will always have a positive effect on your lifestyle, but is it enough? I thought I would share with you some of the other ways you can improve your lifestyle.
