Good night…feel the smile!



Later tonight as you get comfortable, head resting on pillows, lights out… with a stated intention of having a gentle, restful, restorative sleep . . . literally smile.
Close your eyes and feel the smile from head to toe,
and then begin to imagine a peaceful blanket of warm moonlight gently surrounding yourself as you drift off to rest.
